About Us

Marcy Trutalli is a treating physical therapist and the owner of The Rehab Group. Her goal for the company since its inception in 2006 has been to provide the highest quality, patient-centered physical therapy and occupational therapy to the Temecula valley residents.

Marcy graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in 2001 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. She has completed additional coursework to become a Leduc Method trained Lymphedema therapist, is LSVT BIG certified in the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

She maintains an active membership with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In the community, she is a member of the Temecula Preparatory School’s Board of Directors.  

She continues her education in coursework related to vestibular rehabilitation, manual therapy, kinesiology taping and venous and lymphatic studies.

Marcy works full-time at The Rehab Group treating patients and overseeing the daily operations to ensure the company’s goal is fulfilled.

Michael earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. He has completed advanced manual therapy courses in the evaluation and treatment of the spine, and upper and lower extremities. His passion as a physical therapist is in helping patients return to hobbies, recreational activities and sports they love. He is experienced in treating orthopedic, neurological and vestibular dysfunction and is LSVT BIG certified in the treatment of Parkinson's Disease.

Monica is an occupational therapist for The Rehab Group. She graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology; then received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Rush University in Chicago, IL in 2009. Monica has been an occupational therapist for over 10 years with a background as a Rehab Director in skilled nursing, a home health therapist, and now focusing most of her time on outpatient occupational therapy. She specializes in Lymphedema management utilizing the Leduc Method of manual lymphatic drainage techniques and bandaging. Monica is passionate about working with people with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions to increase their movement, strength, and coordination to meet their goals and return to participating in the daily activities they need and love to do. She feels fortunate to be a part of the family here at The Rehab Group!

Michelle Clark works full-time at The Rehab Group in Murrieta. Since she was a child she was always involved in service organizations focusing on helping others. One summer, after high school, she volunteered at the VA Hospital in Loma Linda in the physical therapy department and became hooked and found her passion to make a difference. She attended California State University in Long Beach and received her Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings. The last 20 years She has primarily worked in industrial settings focusing on returning patients to work after injury or surgery. Regardless of where she was working her focus has always been listening to the patients concerns and providing quality care. Having had a lot of experience in a variety of settings she can attest to the fact that The Rehab Group stands out above the rest! She is grateful and honored to be a part of The Rehab Group family.

Jacob is a graduate of the University of St. Augustine where he received his doctorate in physical therapy in 2014. He is passionate about practicing orthopedic rehabilitation through therapeutic exercise and mobility work, as well as manual therapy techniques. Jacob is a certified mobility specialist through the Functional Range Conditioning program. He has also taken advanced manual therapy coursework for both spine and extremity rehab. In 2019, Jacob began an Instagram page @dr_jacobdpt which demonstrates weekly movement and mobility exercises to promote preventative health and wellness. Through this network he has been given opportunities to teach classes related to physical therapy and mobility work internationally. Jacob is proud to be apart of The Rehab Group since 2014 and is happy to be getting his patients/clients on a track to better health and wellness. 

Susan received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in 2018 with advanced coursework in manual therapy techniques for the cervical and lumbar spine. She is certified in Fascial Movement Taping (FMT) Basic and Performance, which is a kinesiology taping certification with Rock Tape. Additionally, she has completed specialized training in the Mulligan approach manual therapy with movement. She has a Master’s degree in International Relations and is fluent in Russian. Susan has been actively leading and teaching Group Exercise classes for the past six years and continues to teach Pilates, yoga, cycle, and Body Flow classes weekly and also enjoys kayaking. She has clinical experience in acute inpatient and outpatient care and is excited to be a part of The Rehab Group.
